Proceed Northwards along the Promenade past the Tower and the North Pier until you come to a roundabout on the promenade (The only roundabout on the promenade). Continue along the promenade and take the third turning on the right, by the Cliffs Hotel into King Edward Avenue go over the cross road and we are on your left hand side.
